At breakfast this morning…
Z: Daddy, why are you brown?
Me: Because that is just the color of my skin.
Z: I like brown more than blue. Light blue but not dark blue.
Me: Umm, OK.
#fail at teaching my 3 yr old about race. Really should’ve prepared for that conversation after he started speaking…
